This one was at South Square Mall in Durham NC (before it was demolished) at an amazing arcade called Tilt. It was beyond creepy and really great fun.
This machine used to be found at my local Putt Putt Golf and games. The rotating fan on top of the backboard would blow air on you when you got a ramp. The voice chip spewed terribly cheesy weather/ pinball related puns. It was my favorite next to the cyclone and a few others. yeehaw.
